Job Title : Product Analyst
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Product Analyst to support product operations and ensure smooth system performance. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for product-related operational issues, collaborate with support teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational monitoring, and the ability to improve processes using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related operational issues.
- Provide support to L1/L2 teams with incident analysis, bug validation, and troubleshooting guidance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and analyze trends impacting system stability and user experience.
- Maintain and update SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track operational metrics and product performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Signavio and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, RPA, or AI-driven optimization tools.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and generate actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in product operations, product analytics, or support environments.
- Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
