Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Power BI/other Reporting tools e.g. Tableau, OBIEE etc.

Technical Excellence : Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.

Data Modeling & Optimization : Build complex DAX measures, manage data modeling, and optimize performance for large datasets.

Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key business questions/KPIs and should be able to understand End to End Architecture.

Governance : Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 12 + years of relevant experience in the Power BI domain, often with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills : Advanced Proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M).

Data Skills : Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau) or Azure technologies is a plus
