Process Analyst - RPA/Celonis Software

Job Title : Process Analyst

Type : Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Duration : 6 Months (extendable/convertible)

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Indore / Ahmedabad

Working Hours : 89 Hours per day

Mandatory Requirements :

- Certification : Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (must have)

- Tools : Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), and process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

- Programming Skills : Strong programming background with Python (including Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, map, and improve business processes across various domains

- Use process mining tools to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps

- Collaborate with business units to redesign and optimize workflows

- Develop automated solutions using RPA tools to streamline repetitive tasks

- Provide actionable insights through advanced data analysis and visualization

- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Work in an Agile setup, contributing to sprints and iterative process improvement

Skills & Competencies :

Analytical & Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of process analysis, lean methodology, and continuous improvement

- Proficiency in Python with libraries like Pandas, NumPy for analysis

- Familiarity with additional languages like R or JavaScript is a plus

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for data handling and processing

Tools Expertise :

- RPA : UiPath, Automation Anywhere

- Agile tools : Jira, Confluence, etc.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Effective stakeholder management with ability to influence and align cross-functional teams

- Good project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

- Knowledge of task mining and process simulation

- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

- Experience : 5+ years in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.

- Certifications : Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process changes.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in process mining (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), task mining, and process simulation tools.

- Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Programming skills in Python, with experience in data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data integration and processing.
