Position : Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Role Overview :

The Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

- Design and implement plugins, custom workflows, and extensions

- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems

- Develop Power Apps (Model-driven / Canvas) and Power Automate flows

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts

- Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

- Troubleshoot performance and production issues

Required Experience & Skills :

- 6-9 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development

- Strong proficiency in :

1. C#, .NET, JavaScript

2. Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API

- Hands-on experience with :

i. Power Platform

ii. Azure Functions, Logic Apps (preferred)

- Experience with Dataverse security and role-based access

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and source control (Azure DevOps, Git)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Microsoft certifications are an advantage
