We are seeking a highly experienced Principal .NET Engineer to serve as a technical leader and strategic liaison between Business/Management stakeholders and the IT Development Team.

This role is critical in ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, properly structured, and translated into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The individual will own the system architecture and drive alignment between management expectations and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product & Business Alignment (Critical Requirement) :

- Collaborate closely with Management and Business Users to understand and document functional requirements in depth.

- Translate business workflows into structured system requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.

- Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps; propose scalable and structured improvements.

- Eliminate ambiguity by clearly defining scope, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints before development begins.

- Conduct feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and solution evaluation.

- Ensure all delivered solutions align with operational workflows, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and developers.

2. Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Define and own the overall system architecture.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications (.NET Core, C#, Microservices, Event Driven system, Entity Framework, ASP .NET MVC)

- Establish architectural standards, coding guidelines, perform code reviews and engineering best practices.

- Conduct architecture reviews and technical design validations.

- Perform code reviews and ensure maintainability, testability, and quality standards.

- Mentor and guide senior and mid-level engineers.

3. System Design & Performance Optimization :

- Design robust and scalable modules across ERP functionalities such as Attendance Management, Sales & CRM, Production including Production Scheduling, Logistics, Inventory & Stock Management, Finance & Invoicing, etc.

- Optimize :

- Application performance

- Memory utilization

- Database schema design and indexing

- Query performance and transaction handling

- Change management processes for feature enhancements

- Ensure system reliability, stability, and performance under load and peak usage scenarios.

4. Cloud & DevOps Strategy :

- Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions (AWS preferred).

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.

- Work with Docker and containerization best practices.

- Exposure to Kubernetes and orchestration strategies.

- Ensure infrastructure scalability, high availability, and cost optimization.

5. Security, Compliance & Governance :

- Implement secure coding and data protection best practices.

- Conduct security design reviews and vulnerability assessments.

- Ensure data integrity, audit trails, and access controls (especially for financial and inventory modules).

- Establish documentation standards for architecture, APIs, and system workflows.

6. Communication & Leadership Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

- Ability to engage confidently with senior management and global stakeholders.

- Strong presentation and documentation capabilities.

- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong ownership mindset and accountability.

- Structured, solution-oriented thinking with high attention to detail.

Desired Experience :

- 5+ years in enterprise architecture / principal engineering / technical leadership role.

- Hands-on experience building ERP with similar business functionalities (attendance, stock, finance, production scheduling, logistics, sales, CRM, etc).

- Strong database experience (SQL server preferred).

- Experience working multi-country organizations is an advantage.

- Prior experience acting as a technical product owner or business-technology liaison is highly desirable.
