Role Description :

We are looking for a visionary Principal Mobile Engineer/Lead with 12+ years of software engineering experience to lead the architecture, engineering strategy, and execution of our next-generation, high-scale enterprise customer-facing mobile applications.

This role demands a unique combination of deep core engineering and modern technical innovation. The candidate will be responsible for two primary transformation goals :

- Heading the complex, zero-downtime migration of our enterprise mobility ecosystem from .NET MAUI / Xamarin architectures over to a Flutter (Dart) production framework.

- Architecting and embedding native, production-grade AI/ML features (GenAI, On-Device LLMs, Agentic workflows) directly into the customer journey.

Must-Have Core Skills :

- Total Experience : 12+ years in Software Development, with at least 6+ years strictly operating as a Mobile Architect / Tech Lead.

- Customer-Facing App Portfolio : A proven track record of shipping multi-million user B2C mobile apps.

- Framework Mastery (.NET MAUI & Xamarin) : Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, XAML, MVVM patterns, and extensive lifecycle migration experience to .NET MAUI.

- Framework Mastery (Flutter) : Deep expertise in Dart, Flutter engine architecture, widget rendering lifecycles, and advanced reactive state management paradigms.

- Cloud Infrastructure : High proficiency integrating apps with AWS, including API Management Gateways, CDNs, Push Notification hubs (FCM, APNs), and modern identity management systems (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, Auth0).

- Experience setting up analytics, user behavior tracking, and crash-reporting suites (Firebase, App Center, New Relic, Dynatrace).

- Exposure to cross-platform multi-device targets like Flutter/MAUI for Desktop (Windows/macOS) or Web targets.
