Principal Generative AI Engineer - LLM/RAG

About the Role :

We are looking for a Principal GenAI Engineer to join Turing's GenAI delivery organization and work on high-impact AI initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will design and deploy advanced LLM-powered systems including multi-agent architectures and RAG-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based solutions

- Build agentic AI systems using LangGraph

- Develop scalable Python-based AI services

- Implement RAG pipelines and prompt-engineered workflows

- Deploy GenAI applications on AWS/Azure/GCP

- Collaborate with product, data, and business teams

- Mentor engineers and drive best practices

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience (GenAI/ML systems)

- 2+ years hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and AI agents

- Strong Python expertise

- Strong experience with LangChain/LangGraph (mandatory)

- SQL proficiency

- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong communication skills
