Core Skill Set Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and other low-code platforms for rapid application development.

- Strong working experience with UiPath, and Power Automate Desktop for process automation.

- Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools and frameworks.

- Ability to quickly analyse and translate product and business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Solid understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, especially in the context of automation integration.

- Strong background in leading technical teams within a matrix organisation, and experience shaping technical strategies.

- Experience working with version control systems and end-to-end CI/CD automation tooling.

Required Experience :

- 10+ years in Application Development & Architecture with significant experience specifically on Microsoft PowerPlatform & other Low code tools.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to AI/ML-based automation frameworks.

- Experience on working with AI Agents

- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API management.

- Knowledge of security and governance best practices within low-code environments.
