Role Overview :

We are looking for a Principal - Data Analytics to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making across key business functions such as Sales, Vendor Management, Cloud, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This role blends hands-on modeling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical solutions

- Drive solution discovery and stakeholder discussions

- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics workstreams

- Generate insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

- Build and deploy predictive and machine learning models

- Convert data insights into actionable business recommendations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in DataScience / AdvancedAnalytics (5+ years)

- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

- Advanced SQL skills

- Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI)

- Hands-on with Visualization Tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Plotly Dash)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have :

- Experience in Supply Chain / B2B / Distribution Analytics

- Knowledge of MLOps & model deployment

- Exposure to GenAI / LLM workflows / automation

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Masters preferred)

- 8+ years of experience in Analytics / Data Science
