Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for banking applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing guidance on test planning, execution, and reporting.

- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Design and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing, utilizing appropriate testing tools and techniques.

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, improving testing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

- Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Manage testing projects, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and progress tracking.

- Conduct performance testing and identify bottlenecks, providing recommendations for optimization.

- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in functional testing, performance testing, and security testing of banking applications.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor testing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Strong understanding of banking domain concepts, including core banking, payments, lending, and wealth management.

- Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools.

- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
