Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Principal Consultant who will lead implementation, solution design, and support of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver scalable and efficient project accounting and project management solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM, deep accounting knowledge, and experience leading implementation and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project accounting and project management requirements.

- Configure and implement Project Financial Management and Project Execution modules.

- Design solutions for Project Costing, Billing, Capitalization, and Revenue Recognition.

- Manage and guide functional consultants and technical teams during implementation and support phases.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process optimization.

- Lead CRP/SIT/UAT cycles and support business users during testing phases.

- Work with technical teams on integrations with external systems.

- Support data migration, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.

- Develop functional design documents and solution documentation.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

- Ensure best practices and governance in Oracle Fusion implementations.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Project Accounting concepts.

- Good understanding of P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) processes.

- Experience in Indirect, Billable, and Capital Projects.

- Expertise in workflow approvals and BPM configurations.

- Experience working with OTBI reports and reporting solutions.

- Ability to work with technical teams on custom reports and integrations.

- Experience in data migration and reconciliation activities.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead client workshops and solution discussions.

Implementation Experience :

- Oracle Fusion implementations.

- Experience in managed services / production support engagements.

- Experience in integration between Oracle Fusion and external systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle Fusion Certification in PPM or Financials.

- Experience in global implementations.

- Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting frameworks.
