We are seeking a visionary Principal Consultant / Enterprise Solutions Architect with 8+ years of deep expertise in financial consolidation systems. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of enterprise-wide Oracle EPM solutions. You will serve as the strategic bridge between corporate finance leadership and technical execution, transforming complex consolidation requirements into scalable cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture :

- Drive the full-lifecycle implementation of Oracle FCCS and legacy HFM migrations, from initial metadata design to production go-live.

2. Advanced Development :

- Architect complex FCCS Business Rules, custom calculation scripts, multi-currency translations, and intricate intercompany elimination logic.

3. Data Integration :

- Design and optimize automated data workflows, data loading structures, and validation rules using FDMEE and Data Management.

4. User Experience Design :

- Oversee the creation of sophisticated web forms, data grids, and executive-level financial reports to streamline the monthly close process.

5. Business Advisory :

- Lead requirement-gathering workshops with global finance teams, authoring comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

6. System Optimization :

- Act independently to audit system health, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, implement data locking protocols, and proactively mitigate system risks.

7. Team Leadership :

- Guide junior developers and offshore teams through rigorous testing cycles, data validation, and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications :

1. Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in administration, design, development, and support of Oracle EPM / Hyperion systems.

2. Core Expertise :

- Extensive, proven track record with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

3. Lifecycle Ownership :

- Experience leading at least 3- 4 full-lifecycle financial consolidation implementations for large-scale, global organizations.

4. Consolidation Mastery :

- Deep conceptual understanding of global corporate accounting, including ownership modules, equity pickup, and minority interest.

5. Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in writing calculation scripts, metadata management, and setting up Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS/ARM).

6. Tools :

- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint (executive presentations), and modern workplace collaboration tools.

7. Mindset :

- A proactive, self-directed leader who thrives in dynamic environments and actively champions the adoption of emerging cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Active Oracle Cloud Certification, specifically Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Essentials (1Z0- 1081).

- Prior experience in management consulting or leading big-four enterprise EPM transformations.
