Integration Strategy & Platform :
- Define the vision and strategy for integrating with enterprise ERP platforms, translating it into a clear architecture and multi-year technology roadmap.
- Build a reusable integration framework and connector library to enable rapid onboarding of new enterprise clients in weeks rather than quarters, moving from bespoke, project-based development to a scalable, productised capability.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop pre-built connectors, self-service onboarding capabilities, and standardised data contracts that can scale across multiple enterprise clients.
Architecture & Engineering :
- Design scalable, secure, highly available and fault-tolerant architectures enabling two-way data exchange across the complete trade and finance lifecycle, including PO, invoice, GRN, dispatch, credit/debit notes, vendor and dealer master, limits, disbursement, collections, repayment, settlement and reconciliation.
- Lead SAP integrations hands-on across IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, ALE, SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite/CPI, while extending the same integration standards to non-SAP ERP platforms.
- Establish API-led and event-driven connectivity using REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, middleware and iPaaS platforms, with robust error handling, retries, idempotency and end-to-end observability.
- Automate reconciliation across enterprise ERP data, internal ledgers and downstream systems to minimise manual intervention and improve operational accuracy.
Security & Trust :
- Adopt a security-first approach across all integration architecture and implementation.
- Act as the technical counterpart for enterprise security teams, leading security architecture reviews, VAPT, privacy assessments and vendor due diligence through successful completion.
- Ensure integrations comply with relevant information-security and data-protection standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and enterprise data-governance requirements applicable to lending and financial data exchange.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery :
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads and SAP teams, building strong relationships that enable long-term strategic partnerships.
- Own end-to-end integration delivery, including scope definition, technical architecture, timelines, quality, stakeholder management and production go-lives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, Security and client IT teams to ensure successful implementation.
What You Bring :
- Deep, hands-on SAP integration expertise across S/4HANA and ECC, including IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Strong expertise in API management, middleware/iPaaS, event-driven and microservices architectures, data modelling and reconciliation frameworks.
- Proven experience designing secure integrations that successfully meet enterprise information-security reviews, data-protection requirements and audit standards.
- Experience in building and leading engineering teams, with strong ownership, problem-solving ability and a delivery-oriented mindset suited to a fast-moving environment.
Good to Have :
- Familiarity with Indian e-invoicing, including IRN/GSTN, e-way bills and GST data flows.
- Exposure to lending, NBFC or banking technology integrations.
- Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS) or other financial-services platforms.
