We are seeking a highly skilled Principal AI/ML Engineer with proven experience in enterprise B2B environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into production, along with building scalable end-to-end production pipelines.

This role requires deep technical ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to work on cutting-edge Generative AI solutions in real-world enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable AI/ML architectures and solutions

- Build and deploy end-to-end ML production pipelines

- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks

- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications

- Design and implement Knowledge Graphs (KG)

- Work on Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) strategies

- Deploy and monitor models in production environments

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data teams

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML solution design and development

- Strong experience with :

1. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

2. LLM fine-tuning

3. Knowledge Graphs

4. RLHF

- Strong cloud experience, preferably AWS

- Experience in building and managing ML pipelines in production

- Strong understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and monitoring

- Experience working in enterprise B2B environments

- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
