Primavera Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Support the product team when required to help assess and capture the automation opportunities and requirements.

- Should be able to manage the team size of 4 to 5 members and ensure the delivery and support ticket are been taken care.

- Maintain product backlog (platform)

- Perform technical feasibility analysis on new requirements

- Set technical direction

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks

- Oversees the design, develop, and implement of Automation solutions, considering user requirements, technical feasibility, and architectural guidelines

- Act as a level 2 escalation point on major incidents and problems

Technical Skills :

- Primavera P6 Tool hands-on and project management skills in the tool.

- Create the detailed Project planning and scheduling the various sub-Projects by using the Primavera.

- Allocation of resource allocation and tracking by using tool. Calendar and activities view snaps.

- Risk Management and mitigating budget issues.

- Cost Management and accurate budgeting, forecasting and cost.

- Handling the tickets by using the tool.

- Generate the analytical reports to track the project status and make accurate decisions. Muti-users access, create bar charts, graphical charts to represent the workflow

- So overall one should be able to manage portfolio and program management.

- Involve in business process automation.

- General understanding on large company information systems

- Hardware : configurations and installation of software.

- Methodologies : Testing, design , Coding basic understading.

- API Integration

- Integration with Oracle DB and in rare case with SAP ERP

Soft Skills :

- Effective communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders.

- Good analytical & problem-solving skills to align technology solutions with business objectives.

- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
