Role Overview :

As an SDE 3 at Primathon, you will be a key contributor in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and microservices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, other engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and stability of our systems, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable and maintainable microservices using Node.js and NestJS for our core platform.

- Implement robust data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and efficiency.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and ensure rapid deployment cycles.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, and Lambda.

- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to the overall architecture of our platform.

- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable and maintainable microservices architectures.

- Proven expertise in Node.js and NestJS, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.

- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.

- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
