Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for prospective clients

- Design scalable, customized solutions aligned with client business objectives

- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with detailed technical proposals and solution architecture

- Act as a subject matter expert for the product/solution portfolio

- Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, constraints, and integration needs

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap enhancements

- Support deal strategy by articulating value propositions, ROI, and competitive differentiation

- Ensure smooth handover of solutions to the delivery/implementation team post-sales

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong understanding of solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience in conducting technical presentations and demos for enterprise clients

- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or digital transformation solutions

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Familiarity with databases, system design, and basic programming/scripting is a plus

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in handling enterprise clients across industries

- Exposure to CRM, Martech, or FinTech solutions

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy standards

- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role
