Looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead pre-sales engagements, solution design, client presentations, and proposal responses for Oracle Cloud HCM opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle HCM implementation experience along with excellent client-facing and solution consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud pre-sales engagements.

- Understand customer business requirements and propose appropriate Oracle HCM solutions.

- Own end-to-end RFP and RFI responses.

- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution presentations.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Vertical teams during the solutioning process.

- Present value propositions and solution roadmaps to customers.

- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.

- Travel for customer engagements as required.

Required Skills :

- 15+ years of IT experience.

- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
