- Core Pre-Sales & Strategic Bid Management

- RFP/RFI Authority : collaborative ownership of complex RFPs and RFIs.

- Ability to deconstruct client requirements and draft high-quality technical responses that differentiate Searce from the competition.

- Commercial Modeling : Expertise in building "Deal Financials." You must be able to estimate effort (Resource Loading), calculate margins/P&L, and present the commercial case to Delivery & Sales Leadership for approval.

- Competitive Intelligence : Strong understanding of bidding scenarios, competitor benchmarks, and how to position Google Cloud (and multi-cloud) solutions against legacy on-premise or competitor setups.

Cloud Architecture & Technical Solutioning :

- Infrastructure Design : Proficiency in designing secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud foundations (Landing Zones, VPC design, Hybrid Connectivity).

- Visual Storytelling : Ability to create professional, detailed architecture diagrams (using Lucidchart/Visio) that map "Current State" to "Future State" architectures.

- Multi-Cloud Expertise (GCP Focus) : Deep technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) core services (Compute, GKE, Storage, Networking, IAM). Knowledge of AWS or Azure is a strong advantage for multi-cloud scenarios.

Modernization & Consulting :

- Consultative Leadership : Experience leading client-facing workshops, including Due Diligence, Blueprinting, and Roadmap sessions to uncover pain points and define the migration strategy.

- Modernization Focus : Experience with Application Modernization (monolith to microservices) and Cloud Migration strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor).

- Client Orals : Excellent presentation skills with the ability to defend technical solutions and build trust with C-level executives during pitch presentations.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Solution Ownership : Ability to lead a virtual bid team (Sales, Delivery, Subject Matter Experts) to plan and execute the solution design from opportunity identification to contract signing.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to navigate internal teams, ensuring that what is sold by Pre-Sales can be realistically delivered by the Delivery team
