Role Overview :

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Lead who can bridge business requirements with data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will lead discovery sessions, drive solution positioning, manage proposals and RFPs, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and support customers throughout the solutioning lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead client discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Understand business challenges and align appropriate data, analytics, and cloud solutions.

- Work closely with Solution Architects, Sales, and Delivery teams to define solution approaches.

- Own RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, SOW creation, effort estimation, and solution documentation.

- Present solution capabilities, value propositions, and demonstrations to prospects and customers.

- Differentiate solutions through strong business value articulation and competitive positioning.

- Coordinate internally across sales, delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution design.

- Support project transition, delivery handover, and governance activities post-deal closure.

- Participate in client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions.

- Contribute to solution strategy, architecture alignment, and go-to-market initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 6 to 12 years of professional experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record in pre-sales or solution architecture roles.

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in modern data stacks, including Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS ecosystem components.

- Exhibit strong capabilities in data engineering and data warehousing, with the ability to design scalable architectures using SQL and Python.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional business analysis and storytelling skills.

- Manage multiple pursuit cycles simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Exhibit a consultative mindset, with the ability to identify client pain points and map them to innovative, value-driven technical solutions.

- Adapt to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across Bangalore and other global locations.
