This role require strong technical acumen in Identity and Access Management (IAM), leadership capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills to support CIs mission of delivering secure, scalable, and customer-centric IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

General Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Identity and Access Management, providing guidance across projects, pre-sales engagements, and support operations.

- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions, driving customer success and satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technical innovations to enhance efficiency and product delivery.

IAM Technical Lead - Pre-Sales Team :

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to potential clients.

- Address technical queries, objections, and RFP/RFI responses to support successful deal closures.

- Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies to position CI effectively in competitive markets.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in IAM technologies are preferred.

- Experience : Minimum of 10 years in Identity and Access Management with strong technical expertise in areas like Access Management, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Single Sign-On.

- Certifications : Relevant IAM certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor-specific certifications like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, etc.) are a plus.

Key Skills :

- Strong technical knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), Directory Services, MFA, and Identity Federation.

- Strong technical knowledge of Identity Management processes such as User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning/deprovisioning, and Access request and approval processes

- Good understanding of the Access Governance processes such as Access Review and recertification, Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations, Orphan and Dormant accounts, and

Entitlement management

- Proven experience in solution architecture, technical troubleshooting, and system integration.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
