About the Role :

We're looking for a Program Manager who can operate as the connective tissue across our product and technology organization. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role that blends program execution, vendor and commercial management, and strategic support to the CPTO. You'll run the operating rhythm of our teams, own org-wide initiatives end to end, and act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable negotiating a vendor renewal, unblocking an engineering team in a scrum, and preparing a leadership review for the CPTO - often all in the same day.

What You'll Do :

Vendor & Commercial Management :

- Own all vendor relationships across the product and technology org, including onboarding, performance reviews, and escalations

- Manage the full contract lifecycle : negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations, working closely with legal, finance, and procurement

- Track invoicing, budgets, and spend against contracts; flag variances and drive cost optimization opportunities

- Maintain a single source of truth for all vendor agreements, renewal dates, and commercial commitments

Program Execution & Delivery :

- Facilitate daily scrums and other agile ceremonies across teams; keep them crisp, outcome-focused, and unblocked

- Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across teams; publish regular status reports and dashboards for leadership

- Identify risks and slippage early, and drive mitigation plans with the relevant owners

- Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and reporting cadence

Org-Wide Programs & Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Own and run org-wide projects end to end - from framing and planning through execution, communication, and closure

- Work across product and tech leadership to drive alignment, force decisions, and remove ambiguity on cross-cutting initiatives

- Prepare decision documents, structure trade-off discussions, and ensure decisions are recorded and followed through

- Act as a neutral facilitator across functions, ensuring accountability without owning the teams directly

Business Manager to the CPTO :

- Run the CPTO's operating cadence : leadership reviews, all-hands, planning cycles, OKR check-ins, and offsites

- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and pre-reads for internal and external forums

- Track follow-ups and commitments from leadership meetings and drive them to closure

- Handle special projects and confidential initiatives on behalf of the CPTO

What We're Looking For :

- 6-10 years of experience in program management, TPM, chief-of-staff, or business operations roles, ideally within a product/technology organization

- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contracts, including commercial negotiations and budget tracking

- Strong command of agile delivery practices - comfortable running scrums, managing backlogs of deliverables, and reporting to executives

- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive decisions with senior stakeholders across product and engineering

- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complexity into crisp updates and decision documents

- High degree of ownership, discretion, and comfort with ambiguity

- Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Sheets/Excel)

Nice to Have :

- Experience as a business manager or chief of staff to a senior executive

- Exposure to procurement, finance, or legal processes in a mid-to-large organization

- PMP, PRINCE2, or agile certifications (CSM, SAFe)

- Experience in a fast-scaling startup or technology company
