Practice Lead - Embedded Systems

Description :

- Lead end-to-end embedded systems design, development, and delivery across multiple projects.

- Own the complete lifecycle from concept, architecture, development, testing, and production.

- Ensure adherence to quality, performance, and reliability standards.

Architecture & Solutioning :

- Define and drive system architecture, technical design, and engineering frameworks.

- Make critical technology decisions aligned with business and product goals.

- Build scalable and future-ready embedded solutions.

Innovation & Technology Leadership :

- Drive innovation across Embedded Systems, IoT, AI/GenAI, and cybersecurity domains.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into product development.

- Lead initiatives to enhance engineering processes and product capabilities.

Program & Stakeholder Management :

- Manage large-scale engineering programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, hardware, software, and operations.

- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide technical direction and progress updates.

Team Building & Mentorship :

- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

- Drive a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

- Develop talent pipelines and strengthen technical capabilities within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering and leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in C/C++, RTOS, and Embedded Linux.

- Deep understanding of microcontrollers and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART).

- Experience in system design, architecture, and hardware-software integration.

- Proven experience in delivering complex engineering programs from concept to production.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in IoT, GenAI, or cybersecurity domains.

- Knowledge of test automation and validation frameworks.

- Familiarity with scalable and distributed embedded systems
