Job Title : Power Platform Lead

Location : Gurgaon, India

Company Overview : A leading CMML5 company seeking an experienced professional to drive its Power Platform initiatives.

About the Role :

The Power Platform Lead will own endtoend delivery of solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, guide architectural decisions, and mentor a team of developers. This role reports to senior technology leadership and collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, lowcode applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and ModelDriven apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.

- Lead the implementation of AI Builder and Copilot features to embed intelligence into solutions.

- Define governance, security, and bestpractice standards for the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Partner with business analysts and product owners to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet functional and performance goals.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across the platform.

- Stay current with Microsoft updates and drive adoption of new capabilities within the organization.

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas apps, ModelDriven apps, and Dataverse.

- Handson experience with AI Builder and Copilot integrations.

- Strong understanding of lowcode architecture, data modeling, and security within the Power Platform.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and deliver highquality solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
