Key Responsibilities :

- Administer Power Platform environments, tenant configuration, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod)

- Manage Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse administration

- Define and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

- Manage security roles, access controls, and governance policies

- Handle ALM / SDLC / solution lifecycle management across environments

- Set up and operate Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)

- Monitor usage, licensing, performance, and cost optimization

- Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve critical issues

- Manage incident, request, and change processes using ServiceNow

- Support releases and deployments (exposure to Azure DevOps preferred)

- Work closely with business, IT, and security stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, audit, and risk controls

- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance standards

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands- on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

- Strong knowledge of tenant administration, governance, and security

- Experience with DLP policies, environment strategy, and ALM

- Strong exposure to CoE operations and enterprise support models

- Hands- on ServiceNow experience

- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
