Role Overview :

As a Power App Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and build scalable and efficient applications that streamline business processes and improve productivity. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, leveraging the latest technologies to deliver impactful solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience best practices.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate, creating workflows that integrate with various data sources and systems.

- Customize and configure SharePoint Online environments to support business needs, including document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with MS Dynamics 365 and other SaaS/PaaS platforms to create seamless and connected experiences.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and validate solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them for business benefit.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.

- Proven expertise in integrating Power Platform solutions with MS Dynamics 365 and other SaaS/PaaS platforms.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data integration principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 7-9 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft technologies, with a focus on the Power Platform.
