Role & Responsibilities :

Core Development Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and optimise enterprise-scale model-driven applications.

- Lead development of Dataverse customisations including plugins and workflows.

- Implement scalable data models and performance optimisation strategies.

- Ensure reuse through shared components and design patterns.

ALM, Environments & Deployment :

- Own and evolve ALM strategies across all environments.

- Build and enforce CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

- Manage solution versioning, packaging, and release governance.

- Define environment provisioning and access control strategies.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 13 to 15 years of professional experience in software development, with a deep specialization in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Dataverse, model-driven and canvas apps, and the integration of Power Platform with Azure services and Dynamics 365.

- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing high-performing technical teams and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical business leaders, ensuring alignment on project goals and strategic outcomes.
