PowerApps Developer - Dataverse/Power Pages

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and integrations with Microsoft ecosystem tools.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate

- Develop and manage Dataverse entities, business rules, forms, and security models

- Create and customize Power Pages for external and internal user engagement

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs, and third-party systems

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Platform applications and workflows

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and governance compliance

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities

- Support migration and modernization initiatives across Power Platform environments

- Maintain technical documentation, solution architecture, and deployment processes

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 9 years of overall software development experience with strong exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform

- Hands-on experience with :

a. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

b. Power Automate

c. Power Pages

d. Dataverse

e. Microsoft Copilot Studio (preferred)

- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and environment management

- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, SQL Server, or other enterprise systems

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET is an added advantage

- Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies within Power Platform

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred

- Experience in enterprise digital transformation or migration projects

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
