About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power BI, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

- Build and maintain data models, forms, workflows, and custom connectors within Power Apps.

- Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights.

- Integrate Power Apps and Power BI with external systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and APIs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Platform applications.

- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Power Apps development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI.

- Strong expertise in :

a. Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals

b. Data Modeling and architecture design

c. Workflows, business rules, and custom connectors

- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for Power BI.

- Experience in building complex dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

- Knowledge of data integration techniques (APIs, OData, SQL Server, SharePoint).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Power Apps and/or Power BI.

- Experience with :

1. Power Automate (Flow)

2. Power Virtual Agents

- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
