Role overview :

Acuitas360 is looking for a Power Apps-focused developer (1-2 years) to build and support business applications and automations on Microsoft Power Platform.

You'll primarily develop Canvas Apps and workflows, and may be exposed to model-driven concepts as you grow (Power Apps supports both canvas and model-driven app types).

Key responsibilities :

- Build and enhance Power Apps Canvas Apps with clean UI and maintainable Power Fx formulas (Canvas Apps provide a "blank canvas" approach where you design the UI by placing controls).

- Create and maintain Power Automate cloud flows to streamline business processes and reduce repetitive manual work.

- Integrate apps/flows with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Excel/CSV, and REST APIs (as needed), implement reliable error handling, logging, and notifications.

- Translate business requirements into screens, data structures, validations, and role-based access; collaborate closely with PO/business and engineering teams.

- Perform testing (functional, regression), fix defects, optimize performance, and support releases; document solutions and provide end-user guidance.

- Create and maintain Dev/Test/Prod environments in Power Apps/Power Platform to ensure proper ALM and release governance

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Hands-on experience building production Power Apps (Canvas Apps), including forms, galleries, components, variables, modern components, responsive design, scroll pages, DataCards and delegation-aware design.

- Hands-on Power Automate experience (triggers, conditions, approvals, loops, expressions, connectors).

- Strong SharePoint Site fundamentals (lists/libraries, permissions, columns/content types, basic governance).

- Dataverse/ Solutions understanding (tables, relationships, forms/views, awareness that model-driven apps are built by composing components like forms and views over tables).

- Intermediate understanding of relational database concepts (keys, relationships, normalization basics) and comfort with SQL queries.

- Good communication and stakeholder management, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

- Model-driven apps experience, solutions/ALM basics (environments, managed/unmanaged solutions).

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (a plus).
