Job Title : Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Microsoft Copilot Studio Development :

- Design and develop advanced AI-powered copilots and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Work on topic authoring, generative orchestration, custom connectors, and knowledge sources.

- Configure plugin/OpenAPI manifests and perform model selection and debugging for live agents.

- Develop intelligent enterprise automation solutions using AI copilots and prompt engineering concepts.

Power Automate Development :

- Build and maintain complex workflows using Power Automate.

- Develop HTTP actions, JSON parsing, expression handling, and error-handling mechanisms.

- Implement automated workflows integrating Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft services.

- Create scalable workflow automation solutions for enterprise business processes.

Power Apps Development :

- Design and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps applications.

- Build scalable business applications integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft services.

- Customize forms, workflows, UI components, and business process automation.

SharePoint & Microsoft Ecosystem Integration :

- Work extensively with SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, and APIs.

- Integrate applications with Microsoft Graph API using delegated and application permissions.

- Manage integrations across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments.

API & JSON Handling :

- Design and troubleshoot flat and nested JSON schemas.

- Diagnose parsing errors and optimize live flow integrations.

- Develop and maintain custom connectors and API-based integrations.

AI & Prompt Engineering :

- Work on AI-powered workflow solutions and intelligent automation systems.

- Apply prompt engineering and system prompt design concepts for enterprise AI use cases.

- Collaborate on GenAI-based automation and conversational AI projects.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work directly with business stakeholders and production support teams.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and deployment planning.

- Ensure high-quality delivery standards and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Expertise in Power Automate

- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint

- Experience with Microsoft Graph API

- Knowledge of JSON Schema Design

- Experience with REST APIs & HTTP Actions

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Good understanding of workflow automation and enterprise integrations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills :

- Middleware proxy patterns for Copilot Studio HTTP actions

- Power BI knowledge

- Prompt Engineering experience

- Commercial real estate domain exposure

- Experience with AI-driven automation systems
