Role Overview :

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into robust and scalable applications.

You will work alongside a team of talented developers and analysts, contributing to the digital transformation of our organization.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes, empowering users with intuitive tools and insightful data visualizations, ultimately driving better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency for various departments.

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders and support informed decision-making.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate flows, integrating with various data sources and systems to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy for internal users.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of Power Platform solutions across the organization.

- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site design, content management, and user permissions, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization.

- Ensure the security and compliance of Power Platform solutions by implementing best practices for data governance, access control, and auditing to protect sensitive information.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.

- Proven expertise in working with Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and business rules, along with experience in integrating with various data sources.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, including site administration, content management, and workflow automation, coupled with experience in customizing SharePoint using Power Platform.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

- Minimum of 5-12 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
