Role Overview :

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be at the forefront of building innovative solutions that streamline business processes and empower users across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to translate business requirements into robust and scalable Power Platform applications. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of various departments, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.

- Automate business processes using Power Automate flows, integrating various systems and applications to eliminate manual tasks and improve data accuracy.

- Build and maintain data models within Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for Power Platform solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support for Power Platform applications.

- Develop and implement security models and governance policies for Power Platform environments to ensure data protection and compliance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications and flows, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve existing solutions or develop new ones.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.

- Proven expertise in working with Dataverse, including data modeling, security configuration, and integration with other systems.

- Strong understanding of business process automation and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5-12 years of relevant experience.
