Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade business solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Fx, and Dataverse, along with a strong understanding of environment management, security, and integration within complex enterprise environments.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as the developer will work closely with delivery teams, architects, and technical partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions using the full capabilities of the Microsoft Power Platform

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement effective Power Platform solutions

- Create Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages tailored to business needs

- Develop complex workflows and automation using Power Automate

- Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI

Power Platform Expertise :

- Leverage Power Fx to implement advanced business logic and custom formulas

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Dataverse, including :

1. Data modeling and schema design

2. Understanding platform limitations and capabilities

3. Migrating and integrating external data sources into Dataverse

- Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployments across development, test, and production environments

Security & Integration :

- Secure applications using role-based security, Dataverse security models, and environment-level controls

- Integrate Power Platform applications with external systems and services

- Implement authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) using modern identity methods, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

- Work with enterprise identity providers such as Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using pair programming and agile development practices

- Communicate clearly and effectively with delivery teams, stakeholders, and technical partners

- Participate in code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions to ensure quality and alignment with best practices

- Proven experience with Dataverse data modeling, integration, and migration

- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external authentication and SSO
