Role : MSD 365 Power Platform / Copilot

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform / Copilot Specialist with 10 to 12 years of strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role will focus on building low-code applications, automating workflows, creating intelligent dashboards, and leveraging Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven development across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Power Apps Development : Design and build business applications using Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps (Dataverse-based). 1. Examples include expense management and vendor approval systems.

- Workflow Automation : Implement automation flows with Power Automate, such as auto-approving purchase requests or sending alerts on invoice creation.

- Data Visualization : Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for financial insights and supply chain analytics.

- AI Assistants & Copilot Studio : Build intelligent chatbots and AI assistants using Copilot Studio, enabling natural language-driven business support.

- Dataverse Integration : Manage Dataverse as the data storage layer for apps, ensuring seamless integration with D365 CE and Power Apps.

- Copilot Utilization : Use Copilot to accelerate app creation, automate workflows, analyze data, and build chatbots through prompt-based development. 1. Create new AI agents and publish for end users using D365 related transactions.

- D365 Integration : Connect Power Platform solutions with D365 Finance, SCM, and CRM modules to deliver end-to-end business functionality.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and API/integration basics.

- Copilot Skills : Experience with prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, and automation optimization. 1. Custom AI agent creation expert.

- D365 Knowledge : Strong understanding of D365 Finance & Operations modules and integration flows with Power Platform.

- Soft Skills : Problem-solving ability, strong business process understanding, and a rapid prototyping mindset.
