We're looking for an experienced Power Platform Citizen Developer Lead to build and scale a secure, governed Power Platform ecosystem that empowers business users to create impactful low-code solutions while adhering to enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod)

- Configure Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, connectors, and DLP policies

- Define governance, ALM, and FinOps frameworks for enterprise-scale adoption

- Build and grow a Citizen Developer/Maker community through enablement and training

- Develop reusable templates, components, and reference solutions

- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and governance

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio

- Expertise in environment management, connectors, DLP policies, and Power Platform governance

- Experience designing ALM, FinOps, and enterprise governance models

- Proven success in establishing and scaling Citizen Developer/Maker programs

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
