Job Title : Power Platform & Jira Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform & Jira Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support tools and templates that enable efficient delivery across programs, projects, and teams.

The role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of development lifecycle processes to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development & Enhancement : Design and develop custom applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Enhance existing tools and templates by identifying gaps and implementing improvements.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation : Understand business processes, workflows, and deliverables to identify optimization opportunities and recommend automation and digitization solutions.

- SDLC & Technical Governance : Follow and enforce Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance.

- Support & Issue Management : Provide technical support for tools across multiple teams and programs, handling bug fixes, feature enhancements, and ad-hoc data extraction/reporting.

- Documentation & Reverse Engineering : Analyze and reverse-engineer existing systems to document technical designs and configurations.

- Technical Design & Visualization : Create detailed technical designs using tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.

- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system design, risks, and dependencies.

- Emerging Technologies : Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
