Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end automation solutions across SDLC from requirements to deployment.

- Provide hands-on coding/technical support during US PDT hours (especially month - end/quarter - end).

- Own design principles, architecture standards, and coding best practices for UiPath/Power Automate.

- Manage infrastructure setup, monitoring, and alerts for Power Automate & Power Apps.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and audit standards.

- Explore hyper - automation technologies (AI/ML, process mining, intelligent document processing).

- Lead proof-of-concepts for new automation capabilities.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously upskill.

Basic Qualifications :

- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath, Python, AI/ML, or cloud.

- 8+ years in Intelligent Automation (4+ years in Power Automate, 2+ years in Power Platform/Power Apps).

- Hands - on experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Python scripting, SQL, VB scripting, AI/ML, Azure tools.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, REST APIs, MCP servers.

- Strong ability to design and implement automation solutions at scale.

Preferred Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

- Knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGC, audit - ready automation solutions.

- Exposure to Salesforce, SAP ERP, UKG, Coupa, OKTA, MSFT tools.

- Analytical mindset with problem - solving skills.
