About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong focus on performance and usability.

- Build and maintain robust data models aligned with business requirements.

- Write complex DAX measures including CALCULATE, time intelligence, and optimization techniques.

- Perform performance tuning and report optimization for large-scale datasets.

- Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.

- Manage Power BI Service, including workspace management and deployment pipelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

- Work in Agile environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Power BI.

- Excellent understanding of data modeling concepts.

- Strong hands-on experience with DAX and SQL.

- Experience handling large and complex datasets.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
