- Lead strategic technology initiatives for Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon software validation, platform bring-up, and enablement, owning the practice end-to-end

- Define and drive the competency roadmap for low-level software, firmware, and Board Support Package (BSP) development across silicon platforms (MPUs, SoCs, MCUs)

- Understand SoC platform roadmaps and translate customer requirements into execution plans and estimations

- Collaborate with global semiconductor clients and internal stakeholders for planning, tracking, and reporting project delivery

- Manage cross-functional teams across silicon design, embedded software, systems engineering, and validation

- Handle issue escalation, drive risk mitigation strategies, and ensure successful validation/integration cycles

- Support business development activities including presales proposals, solution architecture, and effort estimations

- Drive hiring, interviews, and practice expansion by building strong technical teams

- Foster innovation in validation frameworks, test automation, and debugging methodologies

Experience Required :

- 10+ years of embedded systems and software development experience

- Strong background in pre-silicon/post-silicon validation, hardware-software integration

- Minimum of 3 years in leadership or technical ownership roles

- Semiconductor or Embedded Product Engineering Services background is essential

Areas of Expertise :

- Deep expertise in pre-silicon validation flows - virtual platforms, QEMU, emulators, FPGA prototyping

- Post-silicon bring-up : BSP, peripheral driver development, and board diagnostics

- Bootloader (U-Boot, TF-A) and OS bring-up (Linux, Android, RTOS) on ARM, x86, and RISC-V

- SoC microarchitecture : memory, interrupt, abstraction layers

- Hands-on experience with JTAG, SWD, UART, PCIe, USB, MIPI, Ethernet

- System validation & test automation frameworks, co-verification

- High-speed interface validation and compliance testing

- Programming in C, C++, Shell, and automation with Python/Perl

- Emulation platforms : Cadence Palladium, Synopsys ZeBu, Mentor Veloce

- Familiarity with secure boot, TEE, power/performance validation

- Experience with SoCs from NXP, Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, TI, ST, or RISC-V ecosystem

- Proven track record in customer success, strategic account management, and team building

- Worked with clients across USA and Europe

Nice to Have :

- Knowledge of hardware/software co-simulation, virtual platform software development

- Experience in chipset validation, lab infrastructure setup, post-silicon debug

- Understanding of ISO/IEC compliance, semiconductor quality standards, and functional safety

- Exposure to AI/ML or DSP accelerators at silicon level
