Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect / Senior Architect to lead the architecture, design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

The candidate should have strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, enterprise integrations and ServiceNow platform governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture.

- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog and custom applications.

- Lead solution design workshops and architecture reviews.

- Define enterprise integration architecture between ServiceNow and external systems.

- Establish CMDB governance, CI data models, reconciliation rules and data-quality standards.

- Design and implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and observability solutions.

- Architect integrations with ERP, HRMS, monitoring tools, IAM, cloud platforms and third-party applications.

- Provide architectural guidance to development teams.

- Conduct solution/design reviews and provide technical direction.

- Define platform standards, security controls, governance processes and upgrade strategies.

- Drive platform performance, scalability and reliability.

- Create technology roadmaps and recommend ServiceNow best practices.

- Engage directly with customer leadership and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- ServiceNow Platform Architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, IntegrationHub, REST / SOAP integrations, MID Server, Enterprise Integration Patterns, ITIL Framework, Platform Governance, JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting.

Additional Technical Expertise:

- Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, CI class models and relationship modeling, CMDB reconciliation and data quality, OAuth / JWT / Basic Authentication, Enterprise and cloud integrations, Azure / AWS / OCI, Enterprise Solution Architecture, Security Architecture, Scalability and Performance, Upgrade and Release Strategy.

Certification:

- Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA - Certified System Administrator

- Preferred: CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, ITIL V4, CTA.
