We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Architect with extensive experience in AI and enterprise service management solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology strategy.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in ITSM, HRSD, and CSM domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable platforms integrating AI capabilities across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust platform architectures.

- Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation to improve service delivery and user experiences.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance for platform development, integration, and deployment.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance platform efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Mentor and guide team members in platform architecture, AI integration, and enterprise service management solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in platform architecture or related roles.

- Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments.

- Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and system integration.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service platforms.

- Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment in enterprise workflows.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
