Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and developing on the Planon platform (Planon Accelerator, Planon Universe, or Planon ProCenter)

- Strong understanding of Planon modules such as Real Estate Management, Space Management, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Service Management, or Sustainability

- Experience with Planon Connect / Planon Web Services / REST APIs for system integrations

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts

- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, XML) for customizations

- Experience with Planon's reporting engine (e.g., Field Definer, Report Manager, BIRT, or similar)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications :

- Planon certification(s) (e.g., Planon Certified Application Consultant/Developer)

- Experience with IWMS/CAFM platforms beyond Planon (e.g., Archibus, IBM TRIRIGA, ServiceNow FM) is a plus

- Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies

- Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management

- Background in facilities management, corporate real estate, or maintenance operations
