Role Overview :

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for driving complex IT projects to completion, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact solutions on time and within scope. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions-particularly in lending platforms (LOS/LMS/LC)-ensuring they align with organizational goals and customer expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing productivity, quality, and innovation across the technology lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience & Skills :

- 8 to 14 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.

- Strong hands-on experience in software development and system administration.

- In-depth understanding of strategic IT solutions and networking systems.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SQL, Oracle, and C#.

- Familiarity with Windows and UNIX operating systems and MySQL databases.

- Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies.

- Experience in the implementation and design of lending platforms (LOS, LMS, LC).

- Competence in project planning, forecasting, and delivery management.

- Proven ability in team leadership and coordination.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end execution of technical projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

- Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.

- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met or exceeded.

- Establish and maintain best practices in project governance, reporting, and documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement across teams through post-project reviews and feedback loops.

- Support business analysis, solution architecture, and client interactions when required.

- Foster a high-performing culture that values transparency, agility, and innovation.

Preferred Certifications (Optional) :

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
