Senior Salesforce Developer

Location : Durgapur, India preferred; remote negotiable.

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent.

Pinnacle FutureBuild is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help build a scalable, structured, and future-ready Salesforce ecosystem supporting 70+ users across Sales, Business Development, and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce development, integration, and architecture experience who can own custom development, improve technical standards, and support AI-powered automation initiatives within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including :

- Building custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled actions, Lightning components, and LWCs.

- Designing and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and third-party systems.

- Leading Salesforce integration architecture discussions and documenting data flows, API specifications, and technical designs.

- Supporting data migration, ETL processes, deployment pipelines, and version control practices.

- Monitoring Salesforce org health, debugging issues, optimizing performance, and reducing technical debt.

- Partnering with Admin, Sales, BD, Finance, HR, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.

- Designing and piloting AI-powered integrations using LLM APIs such as GPT-4, Claude, or similar platforms for document processing, lead enrichment, proposal automation, and intelligent workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Salesforce APIs, integrations, asynchronous processing, and Governor Limits.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Git, CI/CD, Salesforce CLI, and VS Code.

- Ability to write clean, documented, test-driven code with minimum 80% test coverage.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI-powered integrations, or autonomous workflow design.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Platform Architect certification.

- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.

- Experience in AEC, construction, BIM, VDC, project management, or services industries.

- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Looker, data warehousing, or BI integrations.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Flow AI, RAG systems, or AI-powered document processing.

- Experience mentoring junior developers or supporting Salesforce Admins on Apex basics.

What Success Looks Like :

In the first year, the successful candidate will help deliver critical Salesforce integrations, establish strong code and deployment standards, document integration architecture, and support the rollout of at least one AI-powered Salesforce automation pilot. Key targets include maintaining 80%+ Apex test coverage, achieving high deployment reliability, creating technical documentation, and supporting cross-functional Salesforce stakeholders.
