Role & Responsibilities :

- Act as an end-to-end PIM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Syndigo PIM.

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to product data, taxonomy, attributes and enrichment workflows.

- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional specifications.

- Design and implement Syndigo PIM configurations, workflows and data models.

- Define product data governance models, approval processes and compliance standards.

- Design, develop and validate API-based integrations with ERP, DAM, eCommerce and planning systems.

- Work with REST, SOAP and event-driven integrations.

- Guide Dev, QA and Production environment setup and CI/CD pipelines for PIM configurations.

- Support data migration planning, performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.

- Ensure product data quality, enrichment velocity and omnichannel product readiness.

- Act as the key point of contact for PIM-related functional and technical queries.

- Collaborate with business, technical and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PIM solutions.

- Provide training and enablement to enrichment teams and product data authors.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in PIM - Product Information Management.

- Hands-on experience with Syndigo PIM is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of product data lifecycle, taxonomy design, attribute schema and data governance.

- Strong domain knowledge in Retail, eCommerce, Product Catalog Management, SEO and Omnichannel environments.

- Experience in business process mapping and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

- Strong knowledge of PIM configuration, workflows, data models and product data enrichment.

- Experience with API development, system integration and data migration strategies.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ERP, DAM and eCommerce integrations.

- Familiarity with microservices, BFF architecture and event-driven integration patterns.

- Knowledge of performance optimization, workflow automation, SQL and scripting.

- Good understanding of Git - version control.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with both business and technical teams and manage end-to-end PIM initiatives.
