We are looking for an experienced AEM Forms Lead/ Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Forms and Java-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development and implementation of AEM Forms solutions

- Design and develop Adaptive Forms and Fragments

- Build and manage OSGi workflows, services, and components

- Develop and manage XDPs and AEM Document Services

- Work with Adobe LiveCycle modules (Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, Digital Signatures)

- Develop and integrate SOAP/REST web services

- Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment

- Ensure best practices in object-oriented design and architecture

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Java/J2EE development

- Hands-on experience with AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, Workflows)

- Expertise in OSGi framework

- Experience with Adobe LiveCycle

- Frontend skills : HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX

- Experience with RDBMS (SQL)

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Experience : 8+ Years

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Good to Have :

- Experience in Adobe LiveCycle upgrades (ES2/ES3/ES4)
