Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design :

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures for PHP applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Define and document technical specifications, guidelines, and best practices.

- Technology Stack:

- Stay current with PHP development best practices, tools, and trends.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate frameworks, libraries, and technologies to enhance application development.

- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, QA engineers, and business analysts.

Code Review :

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and proper implementation of architectural designs.

- Identify and address technical debt and code smells.

- Performance Optimization:

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application.

- Optimize code and database queries for improved efficiency.

Security :

- Implement and enforce security best practices in the development process.

- Conduct security assessments and address vulnerabilities.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, code, and processes.

- Ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a PHP developer with a strong understanding of PHP frameworks.

- Previous experience in a role involving architectural design and leadership.

- In-depth knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Familiarity with database design and optimization.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other web technologies (React Js, Vue Js, Node Js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

- Knowledge of cloud services and architectures.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices.

- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Zend Certified PHP Engineer).
