The Mission :

We are looking for a high-leverage Senior Engineer who views AI as a force multiplier. You won't just be writing code; you will be orchestrating it. By leveraging a modern AI stack (Cursor, Claude, Keiro, etc.), you will deliver at the pace of a small team, focusing your energy on architectural integrity, complex problem-solving, and product innovation.

What You'll Do :

- AI-Driven Development : Masterfully utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate the development lifecycle - from rapid prototyping to production-grade features.

- Architectural Orchestration : Design end-to-end, large-scale backend systems. Ensure that AI-generated code meets rigorous standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Prompt Engineering & Logic : Translate complex business objectives into precise technical prompts and system designs that AI tools can execute with high fidelity.

- Full-Stack Product Leadership : Lead SaaS product efforts with a focus on user experience and backend performance, ensuring seamless integration between the AI-accelerated frontend and robust backend services.

- Advanced Backend Engineering : Develop and oversee scalable services using Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and MongoDB, focusing on high-level design patterns that AI can assist in implementing.

- Modern DevOps & CI/CD : Ensure all systems are "AI-ready" and compatible with DevOps processes, implementing best practices for CI/CD, logging, and automated monitoring.

- AI Mentorship : Guide junior engineers (PDE I/II) on how to effectively integrate AI into their workflows, fostering a culture of high-velocity, high-quality output.

- Operational Excellence : Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and system-wide improvements, using AI tools to quickly diagnose and remediate production issues.

What You've Done :

- Experience : 4 - 11 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of adapting to new technologies and workflows.

- AI Proficiency : Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude 3.5, Keiro) to significantly increase personal and team velocity.

- Technical Core : Expertise in Java/J2EE, building RESTful services, and managing MongoDB at scale.

- System Design : Proven ability to design and implement scalable, distributed systems in production environments (AWS/Azure).

- Human-in-the-Loop Leadership : Experience leading teams where you've mentored others not just in "how to code," but in "how to think" about system architecture and AI collaboration.

- Operational Grit : Experience with post-launch troubleshooting and system monitoring, using data-driven insights to maintain 24/7 reliability.
