Job Description :

We are looking for .NET Lead with 6+ years of experience who can build software using the languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems, and provide user support.

In this role, you will be required to write functional code and have a sharp eye for spotting defects. You will work with internal teams to design, develop, and maintain software and should, therefore, be a team player and an excellent communicator.

What You?ll Do :

- Lead .Net / SQL projects and microservices architecture

- Critique business, functional, and high-level technical requirements (including recovery, security, and audit)

- Promote and define development standards

- Perform coding of complex modules, as needed

- Design solutions for high complexity projects

- Assist with project estimating and milestone planning

- Ensure quality and consistency throughout the architecture and implementation of the code base

- Manage, organize, mentor, motivate and delegate tasks to a team of talented software engineers

- Act as a highly competent advisor to their manager, leads and team

- Help establish and enhance development policies, procedures, and standards and enforce their implementation upon their team of developers

- Assume responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the team's deliverables

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instill the principles of this culture in a team

- Provide detailed and timely status updates to management

- Create unit tests and ensure code coverage is met as per the agreed standards

- Design and code high quality deliverables adhering to defined standards and design principles

- Ability to design / develop / maintain production database (SQL Server) using TSQL.

- Strong object-oriented design patterns and methodologies

Experience :

- Agile development practices

- .NET Full Stack Development / architecture of REST-based and SOAP-based APIs

- Windows domain security, trust, and configurations

- Front-end and back-end development

- Scrum and Jira will be an added advantage

- In-depth understanding of queues, scaling, performance, and rigid rules to create robust systems

- Jenkins, ReSharper, JetBrains, etc., will be a major plus

- Serializers such as XML serializatio

- In-depth understanding of branching.

- In-depth understanding of queues, scaling, performance, and rigid rules to create robust systems
